In working as GANDHI’s Project Coordinator, I have had the opportunity to help develop this project at each step. This has helped me to understand not only our goals, but also the depth of peoples’ needs in this area – transitional care, continuity of care, and rehabilitation are vitally necessary.
This project thinks beyond survival, to the very human aspect of patient care – his or her everyday life beyond diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
