Growth Mindset in Bangladesh: Evaluation of an Intervention to Increase Learning in Schools (2017-2018)I really enjoyed working with Tom Polley and Hillary Song in this project. I loved the subject of the research from the beginning, but I hadn’t realized how challenging designing an intervention and analyzing the collected data could be. I am very curious to see the final results of the project!
Visiting Bangladesh was also an incredible opportunity. It wasn’t easy adopting to such a different culture from mine within such a brief period of time. Nevertheless, it definitely paid off: I learned a lot from the people I talked to and the places I visited. Tom was a great host and the IPA researchers (Shuvo, Rayaham, Shikritti) were also extremely kind!
