Meghan O'Neil

Interim Director, Bass Connections

Meghan has been providing broad administrative, communications and strategic support for Bass Connections since graduating from Duke with her doctoral degree in English in 2018. As interim director, she works collaboratively across the university to manage program design, implementation and financing for the program. An enthusiastic advocate of collaboration and mentorship across disciplines, she has been deeply involved with Bass Connections since its inception and has extensive experience as a program administrator, instructor, researcher, and project manager. Before coming to Duke, Meghan worked for the United States Department of Justice and earned degrees from the University of Chicago and Georgetown University.
