The Nasher Celebrates 10th Anniversary
Loading...
This year, the Nasher Museum of Art celebrates 10 years on Duke's campus. As the museum looks forward, it hopes to continue to make the art collections accessible and desirable to students. Marianne Wardle, Andrew W. Mellon curator of academic programs at the museum, seeks to do just that as a team member of the Bass Connections project Art, Vision and the Brain.
“My role in that project is helping scientists to think about what they see and articulate it,” Wardle said. “Sometimes that can be really hard and we take for granted a lot of the visual images we take in.”
