I’m a psychology major, I’m also in the teacher preparation program, so this project was really a blend of all my interests in psychology and education and music. It exposed me to this whole community of students with autism and special needs. 

I’m interested in education policy, and I really hope that this is something I can bring back home with me to Singapore. I’ve never heard of music therapy services back home, and I’m so excited to see if this is something that I can bring to Singapore and increase awareness of what music therapy can do for children with autism.
