The team spent the last two semesters researching the best ways to respond to the educational and psychological needs of children living in Durham’s transitional housing. Our team found an important intersection between psychology and educational development, and since then, we have worked on creating curriculums for children living in a local transitional home in the hopes to improve school performance and mental health.
