Data+ Fair Highlights 24 Summer Projects

January 19, 2017

Data+

On January 17, the Information Initiative at Duke hosted the annual Data+ Information Fair to showcase the program’s offerings of Summer 2017 projects, and to encourage students to apply.

Representatives from each of the 24 projects were available to answer student questions and explain what they hope to achieve during the 10-week summer research program that starts on May 22.

Through this opportunity, students will work in small teams on interdisciplinary data projects ranging from medical and public policy issues to smartphone apps for art restoration and mobile health technologies.
